Section 65
Official representative
(1) Any person appointed as a representative of a securities dealer shall be considered as an official representative for that securities dealer only after it is registered with the board in accordance with sub-section (3). (3) Within fifteen days of receipt of the notification according to sub-section (2), the board shall reveal the name, address and other necessary details of the representative and register them in the registration book as prescribed. (4) If for any reason the agreement between the representative and the securities trader who appointed the representative is cancelled, the notice of the same must be given to the board immediately and the representative must also return the certificate received by him to the board within seven days. (5) ) All the work done by the official representative shall be the responsibility of the securities dealer appointing the official representative.
